I was having trouble with my computer...don't ask me what because I don't know how to explain it...but it was running so slow I couldn't stand using it. It would take forever to open my email and things were running at a snails pace. The IT Network tech came out and found that my computer had a bad spyware infection – I guess I had been infected by something I clicked on. The bottom line is that he fixed it, and it didn't take him all day. He was friendly and he really seemed to know everything there was to know about computers.
